Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure project execution and delivery per customer expectations and contract requirements, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • •Plan, track, and manage project scope through commissioning at the customer site, implementing good project management standards.
  • •Identify, analyze, and respond to risks, and continuously track and update risk management documentation.
  • •Manage project changes, negotiate change orders, and systematically track project-related changes.
  • •Coordinate purchasing, supplier/subcontractor schedules and payment release, and plan/coordinate FAT/SAT and punch-list closure through project documentation closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Control, or Computer Engineering.
  • •Minimum 10 years of proven experience in process control industry and project management, including at least 5 years in a PM capacity managing multiple system projects.
  • •Proven leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • •Strong commercial and financial competence, including project tools (e.g., MS Project) and project management techniques.
  • •PMP certification is a plus.
