Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic autonomous AI systems that can reason, plan, use tools, and complete multi-step workflows with minimal human intervention. Own agent orchestration (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel), implement RAG pipelines, integrate tools and memory, and create evaluation and monitoring for accuracy, grounding, latency, and cost. Collaborate with data science, ML engineering, product, and governance teams to productionize GenAI agents in cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop agentic systems for autonomous planning, reasoning, and task execution using LLMs, multi-modal models, and autonomous workflows.
•Implement agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent communication protocols, using tools and custom solutions as needed.
•Build and optimize RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval ranking.
•Develop agents that integrate with APIs and databases, maintain memory, and adapt based on outcomes.
•Create evaluation and observability for agent behavior, including accuracy, grounding, latency, cost, and failure modes; deploy in cloud-native CI/CD environments with runtime safeguards.

Key Requirements

•2+ years in AI/ML system design, deployment, or autonomous agent development.
•Proficiency in Python (and sometimes Java, C#) for AI/ML solution development.
•Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent communication protocols.
•Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, evaluation methodologies, and LLM integration.
•Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines, with understanding of responsible AI/security/compliance in regulated domains.
