Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive category management strategies and roadmaps, including market research, competitive intelligence, benchmarking, and risk assessments.
  • •Lead complex sourcing initiatives (RFP, RFI, RFQ) using procurement orchestration tools to create repeatable, auditable processes at scale.
  • •Negotiate supplier contracts and terms (pricing, SLAs, risk allocation) and use AI to accelerate contract analysis and risk identification while maintaining independent judgment.
  • •Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships, run quarterly business reviews with C-level involvement, maintain performance scorecards, and escalate issues with business impact.
  • •Create executive-ready analytical insights and presentations, build spend/performance dashboards, and optimize end-to-end source-to-pay workflows for scalability and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, or related strategic functions, with exposure to Technology and/or Outside Services categories.
  • •Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale sourcing initiatives with measurable year-over-year savings and operational improvements.
  • •Strategic supplier relationship management experience, including QBRs with executive stakeholders and C-level engagement.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and spend analytics; experience with Tableau or Power BI.
  • •Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate research/analysis with independent judgment and critical evaluation.
