Key Responsibilities

  • •Provides management and leadership to deliver business results and operational improvements.
  • •Performance management based on BRCGS V9 requirements.
  • •To ensure up-to-date, distribution and monitoring of all Quality and Food Safety Management system documentation.
  • •Plans and perform internal audits. Ensuring the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Organize and manage of 2nd and 3rd Party visit / audit processes. Ensure the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master Degree in Food Engineering or a similar area.
  • •At least 5 years of work experience for Quality Management Systems and BRCGS-IFS in production facilities.
  • •Minimum 5 years work experience of proven management function in food industry.
  • •Have a good level of English.
  • •Willing to relocate or residing in Balıkesir area.
