Job Summary

Join the Controls Analytics team to deliver data-driven insights across cost, schedule and risk for major infrastructure projects. You will develop dashboards, KPIs and analytical models, collaborate with project managers, risk specialists and commercial teams, and help stakeholders make informed decisions through clear, actionable analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insight into project and programme performance across PMO functions.
•Develop and monitor key project performance indicators, identifying trends, deviations and opportunities for improvement.
•Present clear and actionable insights to stakeholders to support effective project governance and decision-making.
•Support the development of analytical models and reporting approaches to assess potential project outcomes based on current data and trends.
•Collaborate with risk and project controls teams to support data-led insights within the wider controls process, including forecasting and risk-informed reporting.

Key Requirements

•Power BI and Excel data analysis to produce clear reporting outputs
•Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and translate into practical insights
•Exposure to SQL or Python and data modelling techniques (advantageous)
•2–3 years’ experience in analytics, project controls, PMO, finance, engineering or related field
•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Project Controls, Project Management, Finance or related discipline
