Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that support customer observability and logging systems.
•Apply algorithmic thinking and object-oriented design to create maintainable and performant solutions.
•Write comprehensive automated tests and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and resiliency.
•Identify and eliminate manual operational work by automating tasks and improving the self-service capabilities of our deployment platform.
•Collaborate with other specialists across the organization to understand use cases and deliver solutions that scale.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,000 - 205,400 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years overall software development experience.
•5+ years hands-on experience with object-oriented languages (e.g., Java) and design patterns.
•Experience delivering backend services in micro-service or event-driven architectures.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
•Experience with observability technologies and cloud-native tools (e.g., Grafana Loki, Prometheus, ElasticSearch, Docker, Kubernetes).
