Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units.
  • •Ensure proper sequencing and prioritization for inspection, accountability, and storage, and track turn-in status through disposition.
  • •Review and validate supply documents (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, condition codes) and maintain accurate logistics system updates.
  • •Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity and support audit readiness.
  • •Coordinate with warehouse and transportation staff to support storage/location management, segregation of items (including HAZMAT), and shipment scheduling/load planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.39 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
  • •3–5 years of logistics, supply, or materiel management experience.
  • •Prior U.S. Army or contractor experience in equipment turn-in or supply support activities (SSA) strongly preferred.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply regulations including AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Proficiency with Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, TC-AIMS II) and Army documentation/condition coding requirements.
