Utility Operator

Orchestrate sectional work activities to support efficient manufacturing of quality packaging materials. Perform changeovers, mixing/overseeing resin operations, equipment setup, and production paperwork (including scrap tracking and variance coding). Monitor run performance and stack light alerts, make machine adjustments as needed, and execute quality checks across front-to-back resin/blender and related settings. Support safety/environmental compliance, maintenance requests, and first-aid procedures if trained.
