Job Summary

Lead board/system test efforts across the full product lifecycle, from pre-silicon design-for-test and test planning through NPI with automated test equipment and into mass production. Drive factory debug of test interface hardware, perform device performance data analysis, and support server manufacturing bring-up, testing, and training. Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to improve yield and reduce test time using effective, cost-efficient production test solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Support board/system test leadership across pre-silicon, NPI, and production phases, including test plans and verification/validation activities.
•Lead cross-function engineering efforts to guide GPU and datacenter products from NPI to mass production and resolve blockers during volume ramp.
•Initiate and execute onsite debug at the factory and with peers at AMD, including debug of test interface hardware and board issue debug.
•Perform data analysis for device performance and release cost-effective production test solutions into mass production.
•Support server manufacturing bring-up/testing/training at the factory, driving yield improvement and test time reduction activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,258,180 - 1,797,400 annually

Key Requirements

•B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering with at least 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
•Experience with hardware troubleshooting and debugging, including board/system test support in manufacturing.
•Hands-on ability to use bench top test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer, power supplies).
•Good knowledge of high-speed digital and analog circuits, plus understanding of PCBA fabrication process.
•Familiarity with Linux environment; Linux shell scripting and/or Python programming.
