Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain inventory and warehouse supplies by receiving, issuing, loading/unloading, packing/unpacking, and storing parts and materials in accordance with regulations and procedures.
  • •Perform physical inventory counts and verify items against requisitioning and accompanying forms; identify and report discrepancies, shortages, and overdue items.
  • •Prepare parts and materials for shipment and requisition supplies while completing required paperwork and records for exchanges and audits.
  • •Handle hazardous materials and follow safety procedures, including reading and understanding FAA/OSHA regulations and dangerous-goods packaging instructions.
  • •Use handhelds (e.g., iPads, scanners) to confirm receipts, operate storage equipment, and obtain certification to drive a forklift.

Key Requirements
