Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver overarching technology and digital roadmaps aligned with organisational objectives.
  • •Lead and inspire IT, OT and digital teams, acting as senior technology adviser to the Executive Team and Board.
  • •Drive digital transformation programmes, including automation, workflow optimisation, change management, and AI adoption with governance for Generative AI and Copilot.
  • •Oversee secure IT and OT service delivery, including infrastructure, cloud, networking, applications, service desk, and IT service management performance.
  • •Develop cyber security strategy and ensure data governance, GDPR compliance, and compliance with regulatory, legal and industry requirements, while managing vendors, budgets, and continuity testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role inclusive of OT and Digital.
  • •Developing and delivering technology and digital strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • •Demonstrable success leading digital transformation and business change programmes.
  • •Experience managing cyber security, data governance, and IT/OT operations.
  • •Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Digital Technology, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.
