•Stay hands-on to ensure delivery success, including warehouse-floor support and handling customer calls when needed.

Key Requirements

•Have at least 5+ years of experience developing and managing multiple product categories for large retailers (FMCG) in an international setting.
•Build teams and lead cross-functional projects at scale.
•Be detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize—delivering solutions without creating bottlenecks.
•Be willing to do anything necessary for the project to succeed, including working on the warehouse floor and taking customer calls.
•Communicate with senior-level executives and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders; excellent analytical skills and hands-on mentality with tools.
