Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary operational support to the Warehouse Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of DC activities.
  • •Own and monitor warehouse KPIs (productivity, SLA, OTIF, inventory accuracy) and drive action plans with 3PL.
  • •Lead daily/weekly operational reviews with 3PL and ensure alignment on priorities, volumes, and performance targets.
  • •Analyze operational performance and identify improvement areas to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • •Support budget tracking, cost analysis, and validation of 3PL invoices with a strong analytical approach.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in related field (focus on Logistic) + 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • •Strong experience in managing or working closely with 3PL providers
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP and WMS systems
  • •Experience in performance management and KPI tracking
  • •Fluent in English and Turkish
