Key Responsibilities

  • •Setting site direction of EHS performance through target setting and performance monitoring.
  • •Continuous improvement to ensure site EHS compliance with legislation and Kraft Heinz global best practice.
  • •Ensuring suitable policies, management systems and controls are applied across EHS.
  • •Driving EHS audits and action plans.
  • •Mitigating business continuity risks through emergency preparedness plans.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years experience in EHS or safety management in a manufacturing environment, with working knowledge of relevant legislation
  • •Experience in dealing with regulatory agencies (i.e. Workplace Health and Safety QLD, Department of Environment & Science)
  • •Experience with Safety Management Systems and EHS auditing
  • •Experience with Rehabilitation and Return to Work
  • •Experience with emergency preparedness planning
