Internal Audit IT Associate Manager

Lead end-to-end execution of IT and security audits across Coinbase’s global cloud infrastructure, security operations, and crypto-native products. Own audit planning, fieldwork, and evidence-based reporting to senior leadership and the Audit Committee, while mentoring junior auditors. Drive continuous monitoring of remediated findings, translate complex technical issues into actionable insights, and partner with Engineering, Security, and IT leadership to improve controls and mitigate risk.
