Support bar and special events operations by monitoring menu items, following event guidelines, and completing opening, running, and closing side duties. Stock and replenish ice, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers; clean and maintain bar equipment; and ensure all trash and recyclables are sorted correctly. Operate a trash compactor per policy and maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards while ensuring responsible alcohol service.
