Sr Program Specialist

Serve as the primary point of contact for complex programs, ensuring successful execution through expert program planning, monitoring, and stakeholder alignment. Manage end-to-end project/program activities including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation, while overseeing budgets, forecasting revenue, tracking costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Lead cross-functional coordination, drive risk and change management, and use PMIS tools for status reporting. Hybrid role supporting Charlotte, Raleigh, or Atlanta.
