Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct initial review of financial statements and prepare complete financial spreads for new and existing credit opportunities.
  • •Assist Associates with diligence lists and questions before client meetings.
  • •Prepare credit approval memos for new and existing clients, including underwriting financial modeling and company/industry analysis.
  • •Research new prospect opportunities and monitor transactions in the pipeline from prospecting through closing.
  • •Create pitch books and executive summaries, participate in client/prospect calls, and support portfolio reviews and credit projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) or a relevant field.
  • •1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in banking or commercial banking (preferred) or other relevant experience.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including credit underwriting knowledge (cash flow models, financial spreads, credit packages).
  • •Effective writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • •Ability to use Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) to input and produce reports, correspondence, and presentations.
