Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop long-term manufacturing software strategy that navigates tradeoffs, integration dependencies, and buy-vs-build decisions.
  • •Gather and refine functional and non-functional requirements, synthesizing them into a prioritized backlog.
  • •Communicate roadmap and delivery across stakeholders and judge underlying needs versus requests.
  • •Conduct onsite factory-floor research by walking the floor and engaging with technicians and operators to improve the product.
  • •Drive adoption and enablement of manufacturing software and manage dynamics between Maritime Digital Production and partner platform teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in a software product management role or similar leading role in product development.
  • •Domain expertise in hardware-related industries such as manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, or logistics.
  • •Ability to gather and refine functional and non-functional requirements (capacity, performance, reliability) and translate them into a prioritized backlog.
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise systems including ERP, WMS, MES, PLM, and supplier portals.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder alignment in operational environments; includes experience observing workflows firsthand on a production/factory floor.
