Job Summary

Serve as the clinical liaison for VA adoption of an ambient AI documentation platform. Deliver live virtual training, train-the-trainer sessions, office hours, and one-on-one coaching while assessing workflows and addressing clinical questions. Support site go-lives, monitor adoption and engagement metrics, and troubleshoot integration barriers. Escalate patient safety and documentation quality concerns, translate frontline insights into actionable feedback, and report training and quality metrics to improve the program.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct live virtual training sessions for VA clinicians and deliver train-the-trainer education to build capacity among Site POCs and Clinical Champions.
•Provide ongoing coaching, office hours, and workflow support to address adoption barriers and complex clinical scenarios.
•Perform clinical workflow assessments, review AI-generated documentation examples, and help clinicians apply best practices for reviewing and editing notes.
•Support site go-lives and monitor activation and utilization metrics; conduct proactive outreach and re-engagement for at-risk users.
•Collect training and clinical quality metrics, document lessons learned and best practices, and escalate systemic barriers and patient safety concerns to leadership.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent) with at least 3 years of direct patient care experience.
•2-3+ years developing or delivering clinical education or healthcare IT training, including presenting to groups and using virtual training platforms.
•2+ years supporting healthcare IT implementations or clinical process improvement initiatives, working across complex healthcare organizations.
•Familiarity with clinical documentation requirements, EHR workflows, medical-legal documentation standards, and HIPAA.
•Basic proficiency with data analysis and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets) and the ability to troubleshoot workflow integration issues.
