Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct live virtual training sessions for VA clinicians and deliver train-the-trainer education to build capacity among Site POCs and Clinical Champions.
  • •Provide ongoing coaching, office hours, and workflow support to address adoption barriers and complex clinical scenarios.
  • •Perform clinical workflow assessments, review AI-generated documentation examples, and help clinicians apply best practices for reviewing and editing notes.
  • •Support site go-lives and monitor activation and utilization metrics; conduct proactive outreach and re-engagement for at-risk users.
  • •Collect training and clinical quality metrics, document lessons learned and best practices, and escalate systemic barriers and patient safety concerns to leadership.

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent) with at least 3 years of direct patient care experience.
  • •2-3+ years developing or delivering clinical education or healthcare IT training, including presenting to groups and using virtual training platforms.
  • •2+ years supporting healthcare IT implementations or clinical process improvement initiatives, working across complex healthcare organizations.
  • •Familiarity with clinical documentation requirements, EHR workflows, medical-legal documentation standards, and HIPAA.
  • •Basic proficiency with data analysis and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets) and the ability to troubleshoot workflow integration issues.
