Play a senior, enterprise-facing role in shaping Albemarle’s next analytics ecosystem across Finance and Supply Chain. Help establish how Databricks and AI-powered analytics are implemented at scale, including data architecture, pipeline design, and standardized business logic. Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to prototype, validate, and guide future-state frameworks—while developing and governing Power BI semantic layers and reporting standards to enable scalable AI-enabled insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Define early-stage design patterns and usage frameworks for Databricks and AI-enabled analytics across Finance and Supply Chain.
•Create and guide enterprise data models and architectural patterns that drive IT-built Databricks pipelines.
•Ensure alignment between SAP, Databricks, and Power BI reporting layers, translating business requirements into scalable specifications.
•Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX, and govern semantic layers and reporting standards.
•Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, communicating architecture decisions and insights to leadership.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in data analytics or BI in an enterprise environment.
•Hands-on Databricks experience in early-stage or evolving environments.
•Proficiency in Python and SQL.
•Deep expertise in Power BI, including developing dashboards and semantic models.
•Hands-on AI/ML or AI-powered analytics experience, plus working knowledge of SAP data environments.
