Job Summary

Work with the foreperson and lead installer to complete residential solar installation projects. You’ll support safe work on job sites, review inventory to ensure tools and materials are ready, assemble solar components and racking, and apply weather sealing to rooftop structures. The role also includes performing site clean up and participating in training on installation methodology and new products, all while working in a team-focused environment with customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure personal, crew, and job site safety, including participating in training on new products, installation methodology, and safety.
•Review inventory at the loading dock to confirm the assigned crew truck is adequately stocked.
•Complete layout and assemble solar modules, racking, mechanical and structural mounts, electrical equipment, and tools per the project plan.
•Apply weather sealing to roofing structures, buildings, or support mechanisms.
•Perform project clean up, including client site and installation vehicle, to maintain a clean work environment.
