Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structured threat pattern discovery across signals (tiktok online, external escalations, competitive and threat intelligence).
  • •Translate raw signals into actionable threat pattern cards and expand the team’s adversarial knowledge base (evasion taxonomy, abuse pattern framework).
  • •Build an end-to-end adversarial sample construction pipeline for high-fidelity adversarial samples at scale.
  • •Design and run adversarial evaluation programs to measure defensive capability under realistic attack scenarios, including reporting and coverage metrics.
  • •Lead LLM-powered agent system design and deployment to automate red-team operations with workflows, human-in-the-loop review, and automation quality benchmarks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in content security, trust & safety, or adversarial testing on large-scale consumer platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of content moderation systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI/LLM applications, including agent workflow design, prompt engineering, or building LLM-powered automation tools.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs with cross-functional dependencies.
