Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer deployments from discovery through go-live, with accountability for outcomes.
  • •Embed with customer teams, learn how work gets done, and turn vague requirements into working software.
  • •Build demos to test customer interest early and ship full-stack features quickly while meeting production quality needs.
  • •Write specifications that convert customer needs into engineering work for the broader team.
  • •Coach junior forward deployed engineers on scoping, execution, customer communication, and technical judgment; coordinate with product, machine learning, and infrastructure teams to unblock deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience as a forward deployed engineer, field engineer, or in a similar customer-facing engineering role.
  • •Strong full-stack engineering skills with TypeScript and React, plus Python or Node.js.
  • •A track record of shipping production software for customers (not only internal tools or prototypes).
  • •Comfort working directly with enterprise customers, including on-site when a deployment requires it.
  • •High ownership and clear communication, with the ability to progress without fully defined requirements; able to coach junior engineers while remaining hands-on.
  • •Nice to have: experience with AI-native products, enterprise deployments, or operationally complex industries.
