Job Summary

Own the end-to-end management of PeopleSoft/Oracle ERP financial metadata structures, including Chart of Accounts, hierarchies, and validation rules. Partner with global Finance teams to translate business needs into technical configurations and ensure accurate data flow between ERP and EPM systems (FCCS, Planning). Maintain ledger mappings and cube hierarchies, reconciliation rules, and consolidation metadata, while acting as a liaison to drive enhancements and resolve integration failures.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Chart of Accounts structures, including segment values and descriptions.
•Maintain cross-validation rules, security rules, and metadata to prevent invalid data entry.
•Configure and update payment terms, distribution sets, and tax metadata; manage automated reconciliation rules for sub-ledger to GL accuracy.
•Handle primary/secondary ledger mappings and reporting cube hierarchies, including customer and supplier hierarchies.
•Serve as the primary liaison between Finance business owners and technical developers, and perform root cause analysis on metadata-related integration failures.

Key Requirements

•Functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft ERP or ERP Cloud with PeopleSoft (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management).
•Proficiency in Oracle EDMCS, DRM, or PeopleSoft Tree Manager, with advanced Excel/Smart View skills.
•Strong understanding of financial consolidation, GAAP/IFRS, and the record-to-report cycle.
