Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute international M&A transactions end-to-end, from initial assessment through signing and closing.
  • •Build and challenge financial models, valuations, and business cases; translate complex information into recommendations for senior decision-makers.
  • •Lead and coordinate due diligence across Finance, Tax, Legal, HR, Commercial, Operations, IT and other functions.
  • •Drive multiple transaction workstreams and act as the central coordination point for internal stakeholders, target companies, and external advisors.
  • •Support key transaction milestones (LOIs, management interactions, transaction documentation, and closing) with exposure to international targets and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant M&A/transaction experience with strong fundamentals in investment banking, Big Four transaction/deal advisory, corporate development, or a comparable environment.
  • •Hands-on transaction execution experience, ideally with prior in-house corporate development or M&A experience in an international company.
  • •Strong financial modelling, valuation, and business case capabilities, with confidence working with complex financial information.
  • •Experience in financial and cross-functional due diligence, including independently coordinating multiple workstreams across a transaction.
  • •University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, combined with fluent English; German and international corporate experience are advantageous.
