Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn the first pilot agency partnership into a documented, repeatable playbook covering criteria, onboarding, enablement, budget model, and success metrics.
  • •Build and run a formal partner program including partner tiering, a vetted partner directory, certification/enablement content, and co-sell motions.
  • •Own end-to-end service partner relationships from prospecting and recruitment through onboarding, enablement, activation, and ongoing account management with business reviews.
  • •Drive joint outcomes prioritizing partner-sourced or influenced new customer acquisition, speed to deployed production applications, and customer retention/expansion.
  • •Negotiate and establish commercial terms and partner agreements (revenue share, co-marketing investment, marketing development funds) and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, alliances, or business development, ideally within agencies, systems integrators, dev shops, or similar service-partner ecosystems.
  • •Proven ability to take a pilot relationship and convert it into a scalable, repeatable program and playbook.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity in a fast-paced startup where the function is still being built.
  • •Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including experience structuring partner agreements and revenue-share models.
