Operations Manager High Pressure

Oversee day-to-day operations for a high-pressure manufacturing site in Redditch, partnering with supervisors, operators, engineering, and quality teams to meet production schedules and quality standards. Lead continuous improvement using lean and related methodologies, manage inventory and supply chain coordination for complex assemblies, and drive health, safety, and environmental compliance. Monitor budgets, performance KPIs, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational targets.
