Finance Manager (Maternity Cover)

Oversee financial and operational reporting cycles, analyzing variances to budgets and forecasts. Prepare board and stakeholder presentations, and partner with business leaders to develop forecasts, annual operating plans, and 3–5 year projections. Conduct financial modeling to support strategic projects including acquisitions, partnerships, pricing, and long-term contracts, while ensuring compliance and providing financial inputs to sales/bid teams. Drive finance workflow enhancements and educate non-financial teams on key insights.
