Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and enforce EHS policies, programs, and practices to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • •Lead EHS management system compliance and site audits; report results and continual improvement opportunities to site leadership.
  • •Track and close CAPAs for EHS non-conformances, and manage nonconformities from EHS audits/inspections.
  • •Oversee incident investigation and corrective/preventive actions, using engineering and administrative risk controls.
  • •Manage emergency response preparedness and business continuity readiness, including drills, safety programs, and contractor safety management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in safety & health engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in Safety, Health and Environment.
  • •Experience in fab environment and cleanroom protocols, facilities systems, or complex industrial systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of equipment safety and semiconductor/clean room standards and utilities.
  • •Experience with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 systems/RBA compliance and process safety (including LOTO and PTW).
