Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and continuously evolve R&D infrastructure across build systems, artifact management, data distribution, and the software supply chain.
  • •Build infrastructure for large-scale AI training and inference, improving performance and efficiency in container image builds, artifact distribution, caching, storage, and cross-region transfer.
  • •Create and evolve an AI extensibility ecosystem for Skills and the Skill Market, supporting development, versioning, publishing, distribution, evaluation, and governance.
  • •Explore and apply AI technologies to build domain-specific Agents, converting knowledge and tools into capabilities that Agents can invoke and execute for closed-loop resolution.
  • •Architect and optimize large-scale distributed systems to improve throughput, reliability, observability, and developer experience, partnering with engineering, security, infrastructure, and AI teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science (or related) with experience designing and continuously evolving large-scale backend systems.
  • •Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, C++, Python, or Rust, with strong CS fundamentals and coding practices.
  • •Familiarity with distributed systems and hands-on experience in areas like storage, computing, task scheduling, caching, messaging, observability, or reliability engineering.
  • •Strong problem-solving and system design skills, with the ability to diagnose issues across complex system paths and drive long-term solutions.
  • •Curiosity about applying AI to software engineering, with strong communication, collaboration, and ownership to drive projects effectively.
