Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with insurers, policyholders, and brokers throughout the claim lifecycle.
  • •Investigate allocated claims in the field or from the desk and ensure handling follows documented procedures.
  • •Compile evidence and relevant documentation, and prepare preliminary reports commenting on the available evidence.
  • •Assess policy indemnity, legal liability, quantum, and tactics; determine appropriate actions to resolve cases.
  • •Defend or negotiate settlements within agreed authority limits, maintain reserves, and correspond professionally to progress claims to conclusion.
