Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform table maintenance duties and support opening/running/closing according to House of Blues service standards.
  • •Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner.
  • •Maintain sanitation by cleaning spills immediately, keeping floors clear, and keeping ice bins fully stocked.
  • •Safely transport bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs to the dish room and keep areas clean, neat, and obstacle-free throughout shifts.
  • •Follow policies for trash handling (including compactor use), sorting recyclables, and turning in lost and found items.

Key Requirements

  • •CA Food Handlers Card.
  • •Experience in high volume kitchen operations.
  • •Food service experience as an Expeditor or Server in a high volume environment.
