Job Summary

Lead and mentor office audiovisual installation teams, overseeing day-to-day execution and supporting the Operations/Installation Manager. Manage 5–10 direct reports, coordinate installation activities (including subcontractors), and act as a field change agent to improve communication, project execution, and efficiency. Perform pre-installation site surveys and quality control visits, review schematics/blueprints, travel to job sites, and demonstrate installation tasks while supporting technicians’ learning and development plans.

•Support technical escalations from the field team and coordinate resolutions with other team members.
•Conduct pre-installation site surveys and perform quality control visits during and after installation/commissioning.
•Coordinate and manage installation activities, including outsourced or subcontract work, ensuring scope, schedule, and materials alignment.
•Demonstrate installation tasks (e.g., pulling cable, cable termination, equipment mounting), interpret schematics/blueprints, and travel to job sites.
