Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing HR guidance in line with company policies and Dutch employment legislation.
  • •Coordinate and support HR processes including onboarding, absence management, performance management, compensation review cycles, learning and development, and offboarding.
  • •Ensure HR administration and personnel changes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • •Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support local, national, and regional HR initiatives and decision-making.
  • •Contribute to and lead HR projects focused on process improvement, compliance, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar role with knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
  • •Experience applying HR policies and supporting employee relations matters, including absence-related cases.
  • •Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills across stakeholders.
  • •Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively.
