Key Responsibilities

  • •Forecast and manage process-related operational costs, including materials, yield loss, and metrology expenses, and drive cost reduction initiatives using AI-based yield analysis and predictive modeling.
  • •Develop and implement process control systems for stability and high yield, using AI-assisted fault detection, root cause analysis, and knowledge systems to improve excursion response and reduce variability.
  • •Work with Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing to address process constraints and improve OEE, yield, and throughput, leveraging AI/ML models for process windows and sampling strategies.
  • •Integrate AI-enabled monitoring systems, digital dashboards, and smart alerting with cross-functional teams to track real-time process health.
  • •Set performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and build capability by promoting AI adoption (e.g., Copilot, data tools, automation platforms) while maintaining documentation and training standards.
