Job Summary

Drive organic growth and improve search visibility for retail banking acquisition by leading SEO and AI search optimization. Manage SEO, App Store Optimization, and keyword/technical performance through audits and analytics, while partnering with internal teams and external SEO agencies. Own KPIs for New-to-Bank and support tactical Existing-to-Bank campaigns across digital channels, delivering regular performance reporting and optimization recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute SEO, App Store Optimization, and AI Search Optimization strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and lead generation for retail marketing segments.
•Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, backlink strategy, and technical SEO audits.
•Monitor website health, indexing, page speed, crawlability, and on-page optimization.
•Track SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush, and leverage AI tools for content and optimization.
•Coordinate with internal teams and external SEO agencies to deliver KPI-driven execution and produce monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
•Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in SEO / Digital Marketing.
•Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content optimization.
•Experience working with digital agencies and managing external partners.
•Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for marketing, automation, and performance enhancement.
