Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary owner and architect for workflow automation, connecting systems and scaling processes for the IT and business teams.
  • •Design, automate, build, manage, and optimize highly-available, scalable IT infrastructure and systems.
  • •Serve as primary administrator for Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, and implement and maintain integrations with other platforms/tools.
  • •Manage data, security, and governance processes, maintaining compliance with security standards including least-privilege access, patching, two-factor authentication, and VPN.
  • •Proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot advanced issues, participate in on-call for critical components, and lead technology projects through completion.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT systems experience in a distributed, enterprise IT environment.
  • •Proven track record designing, integrating, and automating processes using Okta Workflows.
  • •Proficiency with automation tools beyond Okta Workflows (AWS Lambda, Jira Automations, Slack Workflows, Workato).
  • •Experience designing, automating, integrating, deploying, securing, and monitoring Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack, plus AI tools.
  • •Excellent knowledge of identity access management concepts and protocols (SAML, SCIM, LDAP, OAuth2.0/OIDC) and scripting (Python preferred, plus Golang, Ruby, JavaScript, Shell).
