Job Summary

Own the end-to-end architecture for SAP HANA-based solutions that support Allianz’s financial closing across entities. Lead period-end (month/quarter/year-end) solution design, ensure auditability and performance, and govern closing-relevant HANA landscapes across Dev/QA/Prod. Translate IFRS 17, Solvency II, and DORA-driven requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with Finance and Group Reporting, and provide architectural guidance to teams and SAP/system integration partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, maintain, and own target architecture for SAP HANA-based financial closing solutions, including data models, integration patterns, and performance design.
•Lead solution design for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy, traceability, and auditability.
•Evaluate and recommend SAP HANA versions, features (calculation views, smart data access, table partitioning), and upgrade paths.
•Enforce Allianz Technology architecture principles and provide sign-off for changes with material impact across closing-related HANA landscapes.
•Act as primary technical interface to SAP and integration partners and provide architectural guidance to project teams, developers, and basis administrators.
