Mechanical Technician

Perform aircraft and aircraft-component maintenance in a base maintenance environment, working from approved technical information and procedures. Diagnose faults, follow diagnostic processes, complete scheduled inspections, repairs, modifications, replacements, and functional/system tests. Maintain accurate Part 145 documentation and airworthiness records, support compliance with the Continuing Airworthiness framework, and apply Human Factors and Error Management. Guide less experienced team members and respond appropriately within a team setting.
