Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maintain equipment reliability and production continuity.
  • •Analyze downtime and reliability metrics (MTBF/MTTR) to identify mechanical failure modes and drive corrective/preventive actions to improve availability.
  • •Lead structured root cause analysis (RCA, A3, 5 Why) for mechanical failures across cam-controlled systems, injection molding equipment, and automated production lines.
  • •Optimize maintenance plans and standards using inspection routines, lubrication strategies, wear part replacement, and overhaul intervals.
  • •Own mechanical performance of advanced automated manufacturing equipment and deploy predictive maintenance approaches using condition data, wear analysis, and failure trends to reduce unplanned downtime.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation.
  • •Knowledge of cam-controlled machines such as Bihler (preferred), Wafios, or Finzer.
  • •Experience with CAD and SPS, plus HMI-systems; programming skills are advantageous.
  • •Ability to quickly learn, comprehend new material, and work shifts.
