Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain software products in the Core Banking technology stack.
•Support end-to-end delivery and run lifecycle, including software development, testing, and operational support.
•Coordinate with Ops, Dev, and Test Engineers to identify and address operational issues during releases/changes.
•Maintain expertise on tools and technologies including cyber security and regulations for data privacy, consent, and data residency.
•Use GCP services for cloud-native deployments, implementing CI/CD with Jenkins and running containerized applications on Kubernetes with event brokers.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years’ experience engineering and delivering software products.
•Hands-on experience with RPG, RPGLE, SQL, CLLE CL OS/400, and DB2/400; knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, JIRA, and Confluence is good to have.
•Knowledge of API and microservices, with experience designing and developing responsive UI components.
•Sound verbal and written communication skills to interact with global teams, plus good interpersonal skills.
•Experience fostering an engineering culture in an agile and DevOps environment.
