Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop tentative vendor/subcontractor mobilization plans based on forecasts provided by the commissioning manager/team leader.
  • •Coordinate vendor/subcontractor travel plans to destination and back, confirming arrangements.
  • •Ensure client access/security/medical/training requirements are satisfied before scheduling resources.
  • •Inform vendor/subcontractor resources of required PPE, PTW, and HSE requirements ahead of arrival.
  • •Interface with project teams, prepare method statements/procedures when required, and report vendor engagement and custody of vendor/subcontractor time sheets upon completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Understand PO and SO terms and conditions related to vendor/subcontractor representative mobilizations.
  • •Develop and gain agreement on tentative vendor/subcontractor mobilization plans based on the forecast from the commissioning manager/team leader.
  • •Ensure client requirements are met (access pass, security pass, medical and training) before scheduling vendor/subcontractor resources.
  • •Ensure PPE, PTW, and HSE requirements are communicated to vendor/subcontractor resources prior to arrival at the job location.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within the oil and gas industry.
