Join the Infrastructure & Security team as a Site Reliability Engineer responsible for reliability, scalability, and security of production deployments across on-prem DoD environments and AWS cloud. You will own observability, incident response, and automation to reduce toil, mentor teams, and ensure fast, safe recovery in a high-stakes environment with a Top Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the reliability, scalability, and security of the production application and/or platform.
•Implement and manage a world-class observability platform (monitoring, logging, alerting) using Prometheus, Loki, Alloy, and Grafana.
•Define and uphold reliability through SLIs/SLOs and effective alerting; lead incident response and blameless post-mortems or After Action Reviews.
•Automate for scale and security by designing and managing secure, resilient Kubernetes clusters and cloud/on-prem environments using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
•Eliminate operational toil by building automation and sharing best practices for air-gapped environments and production readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Platform, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering with an infrastructure and operations focus
•Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility
•Willingness to relocate and Regularly work on-site at customer locations in Arlington, VA
•Experience with on-prem DoD environments and AWS cloud environments; Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
•Strong observability, monitoring, incident response, and Kubernetes experience
