Key Responsibilities

•Supervise a team of Junior System Engineers and Interns and serve as an escalation point for technical and non-technical issues.
•Approve PTO and manage time entries for the team; conduct end-of-year performance reviews.
•Provide mentoring, coaching, and training to team members, including managing feedback and performance.
•Manage ticket queues, time entries, and project coordination within the team to ensure timely delivery.
•Develop and maintain documentation and processes to support service delivery and client engagements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of people management and 5+ years of IT experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration)
•End User/Desktop Support: Windows, Office, desktop and mobile device troubleshooting; strong verbal and written communication; Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD, Teams)
•Systems Administration: Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy; familiarity with Citrix XenApp preferred
•Networking & Virtualization: TCP/IP, LAN/DMZ/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Firewalls; basic virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
•Experience in an MSP environment; familiarity with ConnectWise; exposure to Azure or AWS; cybersecurity tools (Carbon Black, Cylance, CrowdStrike) and mail security gateways (Mimecast/Proofpoint)
