Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and develop tailored real estate solutions for real problems.
  • •Conduct in-depth research and feasibility studies to support the development of business cases and estate solutions.
  • •Provide expert advice on the latest real estate and sector industry trends.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and to budget.
  • •Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Scotland, identifying new opportunities and preparing compelling proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Essential knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry with 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side environment; proven ability to author strategic documentation including Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies for Real Estate change and investment.
  • •Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
  • •Experience in at least one of Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education / Commercial sectors with understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procurement.
  • •Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs.
  • •Desirable: Relevant industry qualification or degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Surveying or similar; Security Clearance (SC) or willingness to attain clearance; Demonstrable leadership abilities and experience delivering projects on time and within budget; Financial analysis capability; Proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
