Key Responsibilities

  • •Own cross-functional workstreams from approved business case through pilot, rollout, and value capture with P&L accountability.
  • •Develop financial/operational models, KPIs, and reporting to quantify opportunity and track initiatives against targets.
  • •Structure ambiguous problems into clear executive narratives and prepare/present Executive Committee-level materials.
  • •Translate enterprise strategy into operating plans, roadmaps, milestones, and accountable owners.
  • •Help architect target-state operating models and drive alignment, governance, adoption, and risk/blocker resolution across workstreams.
