Underwrite complex new and renewal Energy Casualty business for Zurich’s London Specialties team, reporting to the Head of Energy Casualty. Bring technical expertise and market insight to develop and grow a London Energy Casualty portfolio aligned to customer risk needs. Lead external broker and policyholder engagement across the London market, contribute to portfolio strategy, and coach junior underwriters to strengthen capability and underwriting performance within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

•Underwrite complex new and renewal Energy Casualty business as part of the underwriting team, working closely with colleagues.
•Coach and support junior underwriters to build capability and improve performance.
•Partner with internal colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives aligned to the International Energy Casualty market.
•Lead the external-facing role by meeting and building relationships with brokers and policyholders across the London market.
•Represent Zurich confidently in the market to strengthen relationships and support the growth and profile of the Energy Casualty proposition.
