Job Summary

Lead program finance and earned value cost analysis for large development programs, including building performance measurement baselines, maintaining cost baselines, and tracking margin positions. Ensure EVMS compliance through standardized processes and audits, reconcile cost and schedule data with accounting systems, and provide forecast modeling, EAC analysis, and month-end leadership support. Partner with project leadership, external customers, and government/internal EV auditors to drive corrective action and proposal participation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide financial administrative planning and control for large/challenging development programs.
•Develop and maintain earned value program performance measurement baseline (PMB) and establish CWBS/CWBS dictionary for project management purposes.
•Analyze program cost and schedule performance, identify trends, and provide information for corrective actions.
•Ensure proper implementation of EVMS, including standardized processes, tools, compliance reviews, and periodic process audits.
•Lead program teams through month-end process, reconcile data with accounting systems, and support forecasting, EACs, and proposal development.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
•Experience with Microsoft Office, including extensive Excel experience.
•Experience with SAP or other ERP system.
•Program controls and/or EVMS background.
•Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and be a team player.
