Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end employee exits (offboarding) across international jurisdictions, prioritizing a superior offboarding experience for clients and their employees.
  • •Advise on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings and administrative hearings related to workforce reduction, separations, and settlements, including negotiations and termination outcomes.
  • •Process offboarding on Remote’s internal HRIS platform and coordinate with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance) to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support by responding to queries, guiding clients through policies and processes, conducting preliminary assessments of workplace concerns, and contributing to process improvements and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR coverage across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment-related instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and provide practical solutions and recommendations.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Advanced written and spoken English proficiency, with additional languages considered a plus.
